The Client & Category

Headquartered in Pakistan, our client is one of the world’s largest global hosiery suppliers, serving renowned retailers such as Nike, Adidas, H&M, Puma, and many others. 

To improve workflow processes, the client wanted to replace their manual and error-prone order processing workflow, with an automated system to improve efficiency, enhance the overall customer experience, and potentially increase business.

The Solution

We developed a comprehensive Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solution to automate the workflow. Our BOT integrated data from multiple sources (customer web portals, PDFs, and excel documents), and efficiently extracted data required to generate order sheets, which were then circulated within the order processing department.
To accommodate evolving requirements and diverse clients, we implemented checkpoints that allowed our client to review and modify the BOT’s actions throughout the ordering process. This flexibility ensured adaptability and client customization within the BOT’s functionality.

The Outcome

By implementing an RPA solution our client’s order processing time decreased by 90% – what used to take 5 hours to complete now takes 30 minutes, enabling them to reduce their team size.
